Camille Boudreaux-Hill, MPH

Health & Nutrition Tracking Editor

Public-health and nutrition writing since 2020

About Camille

Camille Boudreaux-Hill writes the nutrition-tracking verdicts on What’s The Best Report. She earned her MPH in Nutritional Epidemiology from Tulane in 2019, where her thesis work focused on the validation of consumer dietary-assessment instruments — specifically, how the error rates of food-frequency questionnaires translate to the photo-and-app generation of consumer trackers.

She joined the publication in November 2025 from Healthline, where she had spent three years writing about nutrition science, GLP-1 medications, and consumer calorie-tracking apps. She is the in-house authority on what a “MAPE” number actually measures, when an accuracy claim has been validated by primary research, and when it has been vibed.

Credentials in detail

Pre-publication work

Editorial focus

Camille writes the nutrition-tracking verdicts and is the gating reviewer on any nutrition-science claim that appears on the site, regardless of category. The keystone calorie-tracking-app verdict is hers; she also reviewed the smartwatch-for-runners verdict for the nutrition pairing language.

Conflicts of interest

Camille has no affiliate accounts. She has no consulting relationship with any nutrition-app company. She has accepted no payment, equity, or sponsorship from any of the apps she has named in any verdict. She has occasionally received free trial accounts to enterprise tiers of nutrition apps for testing purposes; those accounts are disclosed at the bottom of the relevant article and have not influenced any verdict.
